Included in this newly remodeled home is a fully equipped kitchen, electric fireplace, BBQ, flat screen TV's, WIFI, washer dryer and free parking. The home has a large shared lawn, multiple outdoor living spaces and water access for swimming or water activities. Use the kayaks available at the property for a leisurely paddle down the river. 1. Please be considerate to your new neighbors by respecting the quiet nature of the neighborhood. Keep the television, radio and other noise down. No loud noise after 9:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. These quiet times are strictly enforced. No stereos or radios outside please. 2. We hope you enjoy the use of the deck, patio, kayaks and river front. No loud outdoor music please. 3. Extra guests and events are not permitted. 4. Clean any spills up immediately. Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil or lotion on. 5. Fires are permitted in the fire pit as long as there is no local burn ban in effect. Please extinguish the fire prior to leaving the area. Please turn off propane tank when not in use. 6. Please clean the BBQ grill after EACH USE. If you move grill on the deck please make sure protective mat is underneath grill as heat may cause damage to deck. 7. Garbage pickup is roadside ever other Tuesday. 8. Wash all mud/gravel off before entering the building using the hose outside located on the chain link fence. 9. Do not leave trash or food out, because it will attract unwanted pests. 10. Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets. 11. Turn off all heaters, lights and fans when you depart. 12. No smoking in the home or on the property. Smoking will result in loss of full damage deposit. 13. Notify us immediately about any problems or if anything is in need of repair. 14. Do not use any bleach when washing towels or linens. You may be charged for any lost or damaged linens and towels. Please remember not to use sunless tanners or facial products with benzoyl peroxide because it stain/damage or bleaches towels and sheets. If property is left unusually dirty i.e., spills not cleaned, soil spots on carpet or furniture, trash or sand left everywhere, there WILL an extra cleaning charge taken from your damage deposit.
